2 ka LGBT sa Samal sikop sa curfew ug liquor ban

DAKBAYAN SA DABAW — Duha ka membro sa LGBT sa Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS) ang nag-atubang karon ug kaso tungod sa paglapas sa balaud sa curfew ug sa liquor ban nga hugot nga gipatuman aron malikayan ang pagkaylap sa  caronavirus  disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

Sumala sa rekord sa prosecutor’s office sa Samal, nadakpan sila si Jocyl delos Santos ug Rechie Crausus, residente sa IGACOS, atol sa pagpangronda sa mga barangay tanod niadtong Huebes alas 9:40 sa gabii.

Gawas nga hubog ang mga dinakpan, nakalapas pa sila sa curfew nga gipatuman ug misamot ang ilang kaso tungod kay ilang giyaga-yagaan ang mga tanod.

Samtang gi-imbistigar ang duha, kalit nga miabot ang ilang duha pa ka kauban ug gisikop usab kini.

Milapas na sila sa curfew ug sa liquor ban, ug imbis nga motubag sa mga pangutana sa  otoridad, gi-insulto ug nagyaga-yaga pa kuno kini, hinungdan nga mag-atubang sila ug kasong paglapas sa Article 148 sa Revised Penal Code; paglapas sa Article 151 (resistance and disobedience) ug paglapas sa Republic Act 11332 ug Paglapas sa Republic Act 11469 kon curfew and liquor ban.

Gidala gilayon sila sa Babak Police Sub-Station niadtong Abril 3, Gipasakahan na sila ug kaso.

Sumala ni IGACOS chief Prosecutor Joseph Apao, napulo na ka susamang kaso ang natala sa iyang buhatan nga milambigit sa 19 ka indibidual.

Nagsige na ug pahimangno si Samal Mayor Al David Uy kabahin sa curfew ug liquor ban, apan, daghan gihapon ang wala motuman.-jap
