10th most wanted person in North Cotabato arrested in SoCot

CARMEN, NORTH COTABATO (July 27) — The composite team of law enforcers here arrested North Cotabato’s  10th most wanted person in  Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, at around 10:00 in the morning Tuesday July 24, 2018.

Police Chief Inspector April Lou Monserate Palma, Chief of Police of Carmen told NewsLine.ph that they arrested  Wilfredo Gardose Felomino, 50,  a resident of Sitio Tafal, Barangay Ned, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato.

Police authorities considered Felomino as the 10th Most Wanted Person in the province of North Cotabato and the  6th in the municipality of Carmen in  2017.

Felomino   was charged for allegedly raping a woman in the village of Liliongan on April 14, 2016.

The case is docketed as  Criminal Case No. 16-394 in the Regional Trial Court Branch 22, Kabacan, North Cotabato, dated September 28, 2016.

He was arrested in his village by joint elements of Carmen Municipal Police Station led by Police Senior Inspector Gaspar E. Maguiwe, Deputy Chief of Police, and CPPO-PIB personnel led Police Senior Inspector Orphie Julian, Deputy PIB Chief.

Felomino tried to elude  arrest,  but he was cornered by the authorities. He was brought to the custody of the Carmen PNP for proper disposition.– Taher G. Solaiman/NewsLine.ph
