Wala ka ‘pay out’ sa ‘jogle’ nagbagutbot

DAKBAYAN SA DABAW (Mayo 30) — Atubangan sa kapulisan, nagbagutbot ang usa ka ginang kay wala naka ‘pay out’ sa tubo sa iyang kuarta human gipasira sa ang ‘Jogle Investment Scheme’ nga iyang gi-apilan.

Si Julieta Mongcal, 55, tindira sa gulayan sa pakighinabi sa NewsLine.ph nagbutyag nga ubay ubay sa iyang grupo ang nagbutang ug kuarta sa Jogle ug pipila pa lang ang naka ‘pay out’, gani matud pa niya, ang uban nangutang sa ‘5-6’ aron ibubo sa Jogle.

Tungod niini. doble ang ilang kagoul, magbayad sila sa 5-6 ug daku ang puruhan nga dili na nila makuha ang ilang kuarta sa Jogle.

Sumala ni Police Regional Director Brigadier General Marcelo Morales, ilang gisira ang maong ‘Jogle’ tungod wala kini nakapakita ug papeles kabahin sa ilang negosyo.

Apan, mibarog ang representante sa Jogle nga si Janeth Garcia, nga naa kuno silay dokumento ug legal kuno ang ilang negosyo.

Apan sa dihang gipangtaa kini ug Business Permit, wala kini nakapakita.

Matud ni Garcia nasakitan siya tungod kay gitawag ang ilang negosyo nga ‘scam; o pangilad “Naa man mi registration since 2016, hangtud karon wala may nireklamo sa amo, unfair kaayo.”

Ang Jogle, distributor sa usa ka food supplement, ug kini ilang ginahatag sa ilang investors isip hulip sa ilang gibubo nga kapital.
