DAKBAYAN SA ILIGAN—Duka ka tawo nga nag-tong-its atol sa lamay patay didto sa Purok 1, Tambakan, ning lungsod, niadtong Lunes, Septiembre 9.

Misaysay si Pantaran nga gipusil ni Capuyan ang mga biktima gamit ang .45 calibre nga pistola. Si Concepcion ug Mark, naigo ang mga biktima sa ilang ulo ug dughan.

Misulay unta ug sibat ang suspek, apan, nabilin ang iyang motor, hinungdan nga iyang gisugo ang iyang ig-agaw nga si Alex nga kuhaon ang motor, apan naipit na kini sa kapulisan ug misumbong nga gisugo ra siya sa ang tag-iya sa motor nga si Gino.

Si Capuyan, membro sa Special Cafgu Active Auxilliary (SCAA) nga nadistino sa checkpoint sa Tulay sa Hinaplanon.
