Bong Go’s son ranked 3rd in CPA board

DAVAO CITY — The son of Senator Christopher Lawrence Go, Christian Lawrence “Chrence” Cruz Go, secured the third-highest spot in the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure examinations.

Chrence Go garnered 89.50 percent in the exams, the result was released on October 21.

He graduated summa cum laude in BS Accountancy from De La Salle University-Manila, a consistent gold medalist and member of the Jose Rizal Honors Society of the university.

The young Go, graduated valedictorian in high school from Stella Maris Academy of Davao.

Only 2,075 out of 14,492 passed the exams.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the second CPA licensure exam (CPALE) this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban and Tuguegarao on October 5, 6 and 12.-EZC
