Police identified the suspects as Jeffrey Carlos Ismael, Adzmie Tatong Ahmad, Ali Sha Ran Tatong Hayudini, Adzar Ramerez Seguente, Abdel-Aziz Julkanain, Oshe Bokingkito Arquiza, and Habir Ismael Adam.

Seguente was arrested in possession of P15,000 worth of shabu during the buy-bust operation Wednesday in Barangay San Jose Gusu, Zambaonga City.

Julkanain yielded P30,000 worth of suspected shabu, and a motorcycle when arrested Wednesday still in Barangay San Jose Gusu.

Police investigation showed that Julkanain is a member of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), who went on absence without official leave.

Ismael, Ahmad and Hayudini were busted around 12:15 Wednesday in Tetuan, Zamboanga City. Recovered from the three were P600 worth of suspected shabu, a 9-mm pistol with ammunition and illegal drug-paraphernalia.
