Under the umbrella of the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP)-Shared Processing Facility, the construction of the Integrated White Copra and Coconut Oil Processing Facility commenced with the goal of modernizing and enhancing the local coconut industry. The project, spearheaded by Mayor Ronald “Pepot” Lara, received participation from various governmental bodies, both national and provincial, highlighting a collaborative effort to boost production and elevate the region’s coconut processing capabilities.

Both celebrations embodied a shared commitment to uplift industries and elevate local culture, painting a promising picture of a vibrant and progressive future.
