DAVAO CITY — A civilian was wounded when two M79 grenade launchers exploded in the village of Digal, Buluan, Maguindanao del Sur past 2:00 in the mornning Sunday.
Buluan town police chief Lt. Cemacio Cemafranco told radio station dxMS that they are still investigating the circumstances behind the explosion.
Cemfranco said the grande launchers simultaneously went off hitting two houses .
