Zamboangueño Alfred Natividad first runner-up in Mr. Universe contest in India

ZAMBOANGA — Philippines’ representative Alfred Natividad, hailing from barangay Guiwan, secured the first runner-up position at the Mr. Universe 2023 competition held in Lucknow, India, on October 8. Natividad outshone 17 other contestants from around the globe.

The 29-year-old Natividad also earned recognition for four additional special awards, including Best in National Costume, Best in Swimwear, Mr. Congeniality, and the Hammernfix Choice Award.

Natividad, a model and actor, holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST).
