DAVAO CITY – A 19-year-old student, Seno, has succumbed to injuries sustained in a tragic accident on the Davao-Bukidnon Highway at Kilometer 20, Barangay Los Amigos, Tugbok District, Davao City, on the morning of November 6.

Seno, a resident of Purok 3A, Los Amigos, met a comatose state after suffering a head injury when hit by a Suzuki dropside pick-up. The incident occurred as the victim was crossing the national highway using the pedestrian lane.

The vehicle, driven by Joel Gamas Confessor, a 40-year-old fish trader, collided with Seno. Confessor, who was subsequently released from custody after posting bail, was behind the wheel at the time of the accident.

The family of Seno continues to appeal for justice as they mourn the untimely loss.
