Masara death toll rises to 92

MACO, Davao de Oro— The number of fatalities in Masara, Davao de Oro landslide has risen to 92, as of 7:00 in the evening Thursday. The Maco Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office reported

The retrieval operation continues as 32 bodies remain missing.

The incident happened at the community center where 140 houses were built.

Many of the victims were workers of Apex Mining Corporation who boarded three buses on their way home from the day’s shift.
