2 illegal drug peddlers nabbed on Holy Wednesday

DAVAO CITY – Two suspected drug peddlers were arrested by the police in sperate anti-drug operations on Holy Wednesday in this city.

The first suspect who was arrested in a buy-bust operation by the members of Bajada Police Station was identified as Kristoffer Andal Unggui, 34, and a resident of Barangay Balindog in Kidapawan City.

Unggui was arrested in Davao City after selling illegal drugs to a poseur buyer police Wednesday night in Barangay Paciano Bangoy.

The police report indicated that the suspect was caught red handed while selling illegal drugs to a policeman.

Also found in his possession was illegal drugs with a total value of 11,680 pesos.

Hours earlier, personnel from San Pedro Police Station 2, conducted a buy-bust operation which resulted to the arrest of Denz Pisaña Sobrecarey, 32 years old, online gamer and resident of Purok 2, Quezon Alley, Garcia Heights, Barangay 19-B of this city.

Police found P21, 624 worth of suspected shabu in his possession.
