DAVAO CITY — “Best ever weekend” is how First Lady Liza-Araneta Marcos described her time with her husband, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. i her Instagram post on Sunday.
The First Lady uploaded a photo captioned “There’s nothing like spending quality time with your better half. Best weekend ever!”
“31 years and counting,” she added.
The first couple met in 1989 in the United States and got married on April 17, 1993, at the Church of St. Francis in Fiesole, Italy.
They are blessed with three sons, Ilocos Norte First District Representative Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro”, Joseph Simon, and William Vincent.
The First Lady in an earlier interview with broadcast journalist Anthony Taberna said “Sunday is family time” saying the President needs to be released due to his busy schedule.
