Tulo ka  OFW  patay, 2 kritikal sa sunog sa Kuwait

DAKBAYAN SA DAVAO, Pilipinas— Tulo ka Overseas Filipino Workers nga tua nanarbaho sa Kuwait ang namatay, samtang duha ang anaa sa kritikal nga kondisyon human nasunog ang dormitory nga ilang gipuay-an didto sa Mangaf,  Kuwait City  kaganihang kaadlawon.

Samtang 45 ka mga Indian national ang namatay sa nahitabong sunog.

Gikonpirma ni Secretary Hans Cacdac ang kalihim sa Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) ang subo nga balita, apan, matud niini ilang napahibalo ang pamilya sa mga biktima.

Padayon pang ginamonitor sa DWM ang duha ka mga OFW nga anaa sa intensive care unit (ICU).

Namatay ang mga biktima tungod sa kabaga sa aso nga miputos sa dormitory.

“Ang building usa ka residential ug pinuy-anan sa mga langyaw nga trabahador,’ saysay ni Cacdac.

Onse (11) ka mga OFW ang nagpuyo sa nahisgutang dormitory ug ang laingunom ka mga residente anaa na sa luwas ang kahimtang.

Sumala ni Cacdac giistudyuhan na sa mga abogado sa gobierno ang posibleng [agpasaka og kaso batok sa tag-iya sa bilding.
