To enhance operational efficiency and ensure quality customer service, Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) adjusted the office hours of two accredited customer service centers in Calinan, Davao City, and Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.

The accredited service center in Calinan, located at Door 1 Canete Building, is now open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Mondays to Saturdays. The early opening time and the extended office hours on Saturdays provide greater ease of transactions for customers in the northwest area of Davao City.

Similarly, the Sto. Tomas service center at Inson Bldg., Sto. Tomas Public Market is also open an hour earlier from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays, providing convenience and accessibility for customers in Davao del Norte.

Both centers, operated by Trans Pilipinas Power and Automation, Inc., a contracted service partner of Davao Light, offer complete services – payments, inquiries, and other customer service-related transactions.

In addition to these two locations, Davao Light accredited service centers are available in NCCC Mall VP on the Ground Floor, beside Sebo Massage; in NCCC Panacan beside NCCC Customer Service Center; in MS Land Bldg. in front of Toyota Davao, McArthur Highway; and Panabo Rivera on the Ground Floor, RMCI Bldg., San Francisco, Panabo. For more information on accredited customer service centers and payment options, customers may visit www.davaolight.com.
