1.2 milyon ka kabus nga pamilya posibleng idungag sa listahan sa 4Ps sa DSWD

DAKBAYAN SA DAVAO— Naglaraw karon sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) nga dugangan og 1.2 milyon ka pamilyang kabus ang listahan sa benepisyaryo sa Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

Sumala sa tigpababa sa ahensya nga si Irene Dumlao, 400,000 na ka pamilya ang mipasar sa ilang gihimong pagsala alang sa programa.

Magsunod usab ang pagsala sa laing 424,317 ka pamilya aron ipuli sa mga pamilya makahuman na sa [rogram ug mi graduar atol sa seremonya sa “Pugay Tagumpay”, Kini ang gisaysay ni ni Dumlao sa pakighinabi sa Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Pasabot ni Dumlao, nga ang bag-ong isulod nga pamilya ang pinakataas tungod sa kadaghan sa mga pamilya nga nakahuman na sa programa.

Base sa programa, ang pamilyang dunay kita nga ubos sa gikinahanglan nga kapasidad aron makakaon ang malista sa 4Ps.

Dugang ni Dumlao, nga migamit ang DSWD naggamit sa proxy means test, usa ka statistical model nga nagbanabana sa kita sa mga kabus nga pamilya sumala sa mga variables sama sa komposisyon sa pamilya, edukasyon sa mga sakop sa pamilya, ug access sa mga batakang serbisyo. Ang kita sa kabus sa syudad ug kabanikanhan ug gibanabana kin isa managlahi nga sitwasyon.

Niadtong tuig 2023, nihato ang  Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) nga ang poverty threshold maoy labing taas nga P16,046 kada buwan sa Central Luzon, P15,713 sa Metro Manila, ug P15,457 sa Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, ug Quezon). Ang labing ubos kay P12,241 sa Soccsksargen (South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, ug General Santos City).

Lakip sa ubang mga kondisyon nga kinahanglang tumanon sa usa ka panimalay mao nga kini kinahanglang adunay membro sa pamilya nga zero ngadto sa 18 anyos ug/o mabdos nga membro sa panahon sa pagparehistro.
