
DAVAO CITY (June 19) — Police Regional Office XI (PRO XI) director Brigadier General Victor Rosete is set to bid farewell to the Davao Region as he makes way for incoming acting regional director, Police Brigadier General Joseph Reyes Arguelles.
In a special order dated June 18 and signed by Police Major General Constancio Chinayog, Director for Personnel and Records Management, Rosete has been directed to report to the Office of the Philippine National Police Chief, General Nicolas D. Torre III, at Camp Crame, Quezon City.
PBGen Arguelles, who was most recently assigned to the Southern Police District (SPD), will take the helm of PRO XI. He previously served as Chief of the Peace Process and Development Center (PPDC) at Camp Crame, where he played a key role in advancing peace dialogues and development initiatives in conflict-affected communities.
