It was conceived after an awakening seminar “Strengthening Media and Society” sponsored by WAN-IFRA held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in July 2016, to aspiring and big media organizations from 120 countries around the globe.

On November 8, 2016 www.newsline.ph was born.
