Alvarez pushes for a more vibrant DavNor

TAGUM CITY — REPRESENTATIVE Pantaleon Alvarez (2nd district, Davao del Norte) is pushing for a more vibrant and investor friendly province.

Alvarez said this will be key to a stable economy, development and progress.

Alvarez who won a vast majority over his opponent then Governor Anthony del Rosario pushed that Davao del Norte “must think and work for One team-One DavNor”, saying if the officials and people of the province plan and work as one,  a wholistic approach will trigger a massive development which will benefit the people and spur the economy.

Women in Barangay New Balamban, Tagum City, thanked Alvarez for providing them the water system which have been their problem for years.

In return, the people  threw their support to the  lawmaker and ushered his victory during the May elections.

To this, Alvarez thanked the people “I convey my deepest appreciation and thank   the people of Davao Del Norte, a province I call my home, for their support. Truly, the will of the people was expressed with the outcome of the elections held last May 13, 2019,” Alvarez said.

As it is now, people of Davao del Norte  continue to enjoy the ‘zero  billing’  whenever they are confined in a public hospitals, the municipalities are equipped with desk  and a congressional staff is assigned to attend to the clients. 

Lawyer Ana Alvarez, his daughter said while his father is attending the sessions in Congress, she is leading their office here and takes care of the day to day operations to ensure that people are attended.

The lawyer who  is representing his father in various affairs of his district stressed, “My father wants that every project that we implement here, respond to the needs of the people, we always see to it that our projects is based on what they want and what they need.” 

Aside from the health services and women concern, Alvarez scholarship program has been expanded while his office continue to provide a venue for job fairs for employment generation.-PR
