Banganga port construction approved by PPA

BANGANGA, Davao Oriental – The long-awaited dream of the people of Baganga has finally taken a step closer to reality as the construction of a port in Barangay Lambajon, Baganga, Davao Oriental has received the official go-signal from the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA).

Baganga Mayor Ronald Pepot Lara expressed his delight as the project’s approval brings the community’s aspiration one step closer to fruition. The port’s location in Barangay Lambajon holds great significance for the town.

On August 24, a site inspection was conducted to mark the commencement of construction for the Port of Baganga. Mayor Lara, along with Lambajon Barangay officials and investors, participated in the inspection.
