MANILA  (November 22)– Passengers of local carrier Cebu Pacific (CEB) have been experiencing flight changes from Nov. 20 to 22 due to Tropical Depression Samuel and technical difficulties, the airline said on Thursday.

A CEB representative told the Philippine News Agency (PNA) that both domestic and international flights have been affected by technical issues.

A few domestic flights, on the other hand, were cancelled in the past two days due to “Samuel.”

In an advisory, CEB said its personnel are assisting the passengers and working to accommodate them in the next available flights.

Passengers have been advised to reach the airline via its hotline at 702-0888.

The airline also advised that it will continue to provide updates via its social media accounts.

Passengers are also being notified through the contact details they provided when they booked their flights, CEB added. (PNA)
