Col. Odias is new Tagum City Police Chief

DAVAO CITY – Tagum city has new police chief in the person of Lt. Col Pablito Odias, he replaced Lt. Col. Ariel Acala, in a turnover ceremony Tuesday morning.

In his acceptance speech, Odias vowed to strengthen anti-crime initiatives in support of the local government’s thrust to achieve peace, safety, and security.

In a video message, Odias also asked the members of his command to stay away from illegal numbers game and help him in the maintenance of peace and order in said city.

Acala thanked the police force of the city for the support given to him while he was serving the command.
