Covid infects 181 PNP members in Davao region since 2020

DAVAO CITY — A total of 181 police personnel from the Philippine National Police in Davao region have been infected with Coronavirus diseases since March 2020 until January 7, 2021.

Police BGen. Filmore Escobal on Friday revealed “Your police personnel in Davao region is not spared from Covid-19, Since March 2020 to January7, 2021, we have 181 PNP members infected with Covid and everyone recovered.”

In his speech during the Memorandum of Agreement signing Friday, January 8, Escobal thanked the PNP XI for their dedication in serving the people in the fight against the virus

The PNP XI signed a memorandum of agreement with Sothern Philippines Medical Center for the use of another molecular testing center inside the PNP regional Camp in Davao City.-Newsline
