DAVAO CITY — Another victim of the gory Dagamo massacre on March 4 died on Sunday.
On the Facebook page of Governor Roel Ragay Degamo page, it identified the 10th fatality as Fredilino Cafe, Jr., also known as “Putok,” from the Provincial Engineering Office, a resident of Umanod, Santa Catalina.
The post stated that Cafe has been in and out of the hospital and endured two months and three days.
He was among those inside he residence of Governor Roel Ragay Degamo when the massacre happened.
