DAVAO CITY –— In line with its commitment to improving customer service, Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) has announced a new mobile support number: 0919 056 3572. This upgrade allows customer service representatives to handle multiple calls simultaneously.

Fermin Edillon, Head of the Reputation Enhancement Department, stated, “As a power distribution utility, this is a significant enhancement in our services, as we highly value our customers’ concerns.”

The new line can accommodate up to 10 calls at once, ensuring that all customer inquiries and reports are promptly received and addressed.

With the introduction of the new number, the previous mobile numbers—0920 970 1357 and 0917 864 2793—were decommissioned on August 31.

Edillon encouraged customers to update their contacts, saying, “We highly encourage our customers to add our new mobile number to their contacts to stay connected with us.” He noted that the new line is accessible only by mobile calls and does not accept text messages.

Davao Light aims to provide diverse communication channels to meet customer preferences. In addition to the new mobile number, customers can reach the company’s 24/7 customer contact service at:
