DAVAO CITY (August 2) –– Dozens of would be voters went flocked to the district offices of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) here during the first day of the two-month voter registration period, in connection with the 2020 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

Theresa Villarta, who just turned 18 last week said, she is excited to register because she really wanted to participate in the upcoming elections.

“I want to exercise my right to vote and freely elect the candidates I want,” she said.

All Comelec offices around the country are now ready to accept application for registration, among others six days a week or from Monday to Saturday, including holidays.-CACS/NewsLine.ph
