DSWD provides relief assistance to the people of Marawi

Davao City, Philippines–The Social Services Department sent 10,000 family food packs for the people of Marawi from the  National Resource Operations Center.

DSWD Secretary Judy Taguiwalo said  the number of families affected was provided by DSWD in ARMM.

Taguiwalo added “The DSWD is ready to provide relief assistance to the people of Marawi and to assist the evacuees in coordination with DSWD-ARMM (Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao). We will ensure that the people’s well-being, life, and rights are upheld and protected.”/-Newsline.ph
