DSWD XI gives cash aid to Davao de Oro quake victims

DAVAO DE ORO – DSWD Region 11 continued the simultaneous emergency cash transfer payout on June 7, at its regional field office for victims of the earthquake that hit the province last March 2023. 

P8,685,j120 was given to affected families from Compostela, Maragusan, Monkayo, Montevista and New Bataan.

This was led by regional director Vanessa Got with partners from the local government units. 

The DSWD also announced it would put up a disaster resource center in the region soon for Mindanao, either in Davao City or Butuan City.
