Duterte and the APEC Summit

DAVAO CITY, Philippines — Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte attends the APEC summit in Da Nang Vietnam.

Duterte earlier said Russia helped the Philippines by sending a ship loaded with firearms and it came as a

grant to the country.
