DAVAO CITY, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte appointed Noel Felongco, as chairman of the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP).
Felongco, was active is an active member of Duuteret’s political party, the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Laban ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) Central Visayas chapter.
Duterte signed Felongco’s appointment on February was but was released to teh media Thursday, February 22, 2018.
Felongco was undersecretary for solid waste management at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
Earlier on, Duterte appointed Romeo Jandugan, Randy Jalasan and Norman Brillantes Baloro, as commissioners.
Felongco will replace former chairman Terry Ridon.
