DAVAO CITY — President Rodrigo Duterte wants all local government units to implement a loackdown and ask people to strictly implement social distancing “juts to cut the virus chain.”
In his address to the nation just minutes ago, Duterte stressed “The social intercourse that is bad at this time, I hope you can understand us.”
“We are in a critical time we have resorted to this extreme measure,” Duterte added.
