COTABATO – The Office of the Provincial Veterinarian (OPVet) facilitated a livestock distribution program in Barangay Poblacion, Mlang, Cotabato. A total of 55 farmers from Mlang and Tulunan received livestock animals, amounting to over P925,000 in value.

Under the Livestock Dispersal Program of the OPVet, a total of 25 cattle and carabaos were distributed to the beneficiaries. The program aims to provide support to local farmers and assist them in their agricultural endeavors.

Board Member Ivy Dalumpines-Ballitoc, representing Cotabato Governor Emmylou “Lala” J. Talino-Mendoza, expressed her hopes that the farmers would take good care of the livestock animals they received. These animals serve as valuable assets in their farming activities.
