In Gingoog City in Misamis Oriental, the city government immediately ordered a preemptive evacuation among residents near the water ways and shores.

They were brought to the evacuation centers.

While in Lamitan City in Basilan province, the city government hauled the residents to the evacuation centers and delivered food packs to cushion the impact of the floods.

No one was reported endure and no casualty is reported so far.
