SARANGANI – Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian conducted an inspection of the Glan Municipal Townhall, on Sunday, November 26, which suffered damage from the 6.8 magnitude earthquake that struck some parts of Mindanao on November 17.
Accompanying the DSWD chief in the assessment of the town hall were local officials from Sarangani, including Governor Rogelio Pacquioa and Congressman Steve Chiongbian Solon. Also present during the inspection were DSWD Undersecretary for Disaster Response and Management Group (DRMG) Diana Rose Cajipe, DSWD SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Director Loreto Cabaya Jr., and Assistant Regional Director for Operations Bonifacio Selma Jr.
