Illegal nga pusil nasakmit, suspek nakasibat

DIGOS CITY, Davao del Sur – Wala na naabtan sa mga operatiba sa Digos City Police kagabii ang suspek nga naghupot og illegal nga armas sa dihang gironda ang iyang panimalay.

Gi-adto sa kapulisan ang balay ni Michael Dinzon Adolfo subay sa search warrant gi-isyu ni Executive Judge Carfelita Cadiente-Flores sa RTC Branch 61, Digos City, Davao Del Sur sa pagsupak sa Republic Act 10591 kon Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition Regulatory Act.

Usa ka revolver ang nakita sa balay ni Michael Dinzon Adolfo, apan wala ang suspek atol sa pagpangronda

Miabot ang kapulisan sa iyang balay sa Purok 7-A, Barangay Aplaya, Digos bandang alas 8:55 kagabii, Mayo 31, apan wala kini didto.

Naabtan lang sa mga pulis sa balay sa suspek ang asawa ug duha ka mga anak niini.

Sa report sa kapulisan sa Digos City nga maoy nag-implement sa search warrant nakuha nila ang .38 revolver nga adunay 4 ka mga bala nga iya sa suspetsado.

Gipasabot sa Digos City PNP nga kasohan pa gihapon nila ang suspetsado pinaagi na sa regular filing.
