DAKBAYAN SA ISABELA, MINDANAW— Patay ang usa ka kapitan human gibasnigan sa wala pa mailhing mga suspetsado nga nagsakay ug motorsiklo mga alas 7:00 sa gabii, Huesbes, Enero 18,2017.
Giila ni Supt. Restituto Pangusban, hepe sa Isabela PNP ang biktima nga si Kadam Ismael, barangay kapitan said Kapayawan.
Sumala pa ni Supt. Pangusban, nagsakay ug motorsiklo si Ismael kuyog ang iyang anak sa dihang sila gibasnigan sa barangay Lumbang.
Gibutyag ni Pangusban nga posibleng pulitika ug pagdumot ang motibo sa pagpatay.
Si Ismael mihural isip bag-ong membro Partido Demokratikong Pilipino- Laban (PDP-Laban) kaniadtong Mierkules didto sa Manila, gani didto pa kini sya sa Palasyo kuyog ang mga kapitanes sa Isabela City  nga nakig atubang kang Presidente Rodrigo Duterte.
Gimando gilayon ni Mayor  Al-Qaid Akbar sa kapulisan ang paggukod sa mga suspetsado ug tagaan ug hustisya ang kamatayon ni Ismel.-Richard G. Falcatan/Newsline.ph
