Lamitan City gives away 5 house and lot on Christmas

DAVAO CITY — Residents of Lamitan City in Basilan province will have the most awaited gift this Christas as the city governnment raffles five (5) houses for the lucky winners whcih will be randomly picked during the celebratio.

City mayor Roderick H. Furigay said “I want my people to feel the joy that Christmas brings to humanity as we decided to give-away five houses to our residents, we are so blessed that we are united and we remain steadfast in our development effort.”

The houses have been constructed in R.O.S.E Vill in Barangay Kulay Bato “It has been constructed and it is ready for the winners, so they can have a new house by New year, meaning new hosues for them.”

The city governmentof Lamitan is also giving away prices every night in various contest at the city gymnasium.

There is only one criteria, one must be a resident of Lamitan City and does not own a house.

Participating individual must bring Identification Card or ID to prove hi/her residency.

Lamitan City is the home of over 100,000 people settled in the 45 barangays of the city.-ezc
