Menor de Edad gimaltrato og pulis sa Davao Occidental

Usa ka batan-on nga lalaki ang midoul sa Detachment sa 3rd Platoon police sa Sitio Pamungot, Barangay Talaguton, Don Marcelino, Davao Oriental niadtong Hunyo 18, alas 7;00 sa gabii, aron mangayo og tabang kay bukbukon kuno siya sa iyang amahan.

Apan, imbis tabangan gibubuan kuno sa opisyal sa pulis og suka nga naay sili ang kinatawo sa 16-anyos nga bata.

Saysay sa menor de edad, Gipalong sa pulis ang suga sa sulod sa kuarto samtang gibubuan ug suka nga naay sili ang iyang kinatawo.

Sa usa ka video, gisaysay sa menor de edad, nga miduol siya sa detachment kay magpakitabang, apan, gibinuangan man hinuon siya.

Gitudluan pa sa pulis ang bata nga mamakak ug dili isulti sa iyang pamilya ang gibuhat sa kaniya.

“Ingon nila sa ako, nga inig tubag naku dili ko moingon nga gisilihan,” saysay sa bata nga naghilak sa video.

Matud sa usa ka babaye nga anaa sa video, walay tulog ang bata kay nihubag iyang kinatawo tungod sa sili ug gibasa pa og tubig didto sa bomba ang iyang “brief”.

Sa opisyal nga pahayag sa Davao Oriental Municipal Police Station nga gipagawas dli pa lang dugay, gisaysay niini nga ilang ilhon ang opisyal sa pulis nga nalambigit, kung mailhan na, ilang pasakahan og kasong administratibo ug kriminal,

“At this point in time, DMMPS is still in the process of identifying the involved police officer and after his identity will be established then a criminal and administrative case will surely be filed against him.

Sa susamang pahayag, gipahibalo sa kapulisan sa Davao Occidental sa publiko nga dili sila motugot nga balewalaon ang panghitabo ug ilang gikondena ang sayop nga binuhatan, ug ilang gipaniguro sa publiko nga ilhon ang naghimo niini ug pasakahan oh kaso.

“That the DMMPS would like to inform the public that we won’t tolerate this kind of abuse and we condemned this wrongful act and (we) assure them that we will do everything to identify the culprit and (to) file appropriate charges against him.”
