Midsayap school administrator arrested for possession of illegal drugs

DAVAO CITY  (October 2) – A private school administrator was arrested for possession of suspected illegal drugs (Shabu) inside a school compound in Midsayap, North Cotabato, Saturday night, September 29.

Chief Supt. Eliseo Tam Rasco, police regional director for Central Mindanao, identified the suspect as Julius Caesar Dadiro Duque, administrator of the Great and Mighty Learning Center of Midsayap, Incorporated.

Rasco said the police has placed  Duque under surveillance  for almost a month.

Rasco claimed, Duque’s name surfaced  as one of the users, during the interrogation of a suspected drugs dealer in the area.

At about 7:30 evening Saturday,  members of the Midsayap PNP and operatives from the Army’s 34th Infantry Battalion served the search warrant against Doque for violation of  the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.

Authorities recovered from Duque  four sachets of suspected shabu and 48 empty sachets with shabu residue.

Duque  is now detained at the Midsayap police  while the police prepares the charges against him.-NewsLine.ph
