Minor molested by own pa, uncle and grandpa

DAVAO CITY — A biological father, an uncle and a grandpa have been accused of taking turns in molesting a 15-year-old girl in a remote village of Magpet town in North Cotabato.

Of the three, the police who carried a warrant of arrest only arrested the 74-yar-old grandfather while the father and the unclude are still at-large when the police executed the court order recently.

Magpet Town Police Chief Major Rolando Dillera Jr. told the media that the mother of the young girl went abroad and haven’t heard from her since.

According to Dillera, the minor was staying at her grandfather’s house with another kin but they did not sense anything about the girl’s struggle since 2021 when the three started to molest their hapless victim who is their own flesh.

FInally, the victim mastered courage recently and reported the incident to the police authorities .

The girl has been brought to the Department of Social Services and Development (DSWD) for her protection while the search of the other two suspects is still on.
