Motorbike driver busted in Davao City

DAVAO CITY — A 33-year-old motorbike driver locally known as Habal-habal was arrested by the elements from Toril Police precinct Saturday night during teh buy-bust operations in Barangay Lizada.

The police identified the suspect as a certain ‘Harold’, 33 years old, a resident of Toril.

He was arrested after a law enforcer who pretended as poseur buyer.

Police claimed they found packages of illegal drugs in his possession during the body frisking. He is now in custody at Toril Police Station.

The case for violation of R.A. 9165 has been re-said if the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act” is filed against him.
