NHA XI has new boss

DAVAO CITY — The National Housing Authority (NHA) Regional Office XI or Davao Region has new head – Engineer Sonia Bulseco replaced Engineer Zenaida Cabiles as Officer-in-Charge Regional Manager during the turn-over ceremony held in Davao City last April 14. 

The blessing of the new NHA Regional Office XI at the 2nd Floor of Villa Oro Building, Quimpo Boulevard corner Escandor Road in Davao City’s Barangay Matina was also held during the turn-over ceremony. 

The blessing was officiated by Bishop Abel C. Apigo, DD, of the Diocese of Mati.  Bulseco officially started office on April 15. Meanwhile, Cabiles was appointed Regional Manager of NHA in SOCCSKSARGEN (South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani and General Santos).

Earlier, NHA Regional Office XI turned over 119 permanent housing units to earthquake survivors in Barangay San Miguel, Magsaysay, Davao del Sur. 

More than 700 families have moved to their new homes in Barangay San Miguel, which is one of the 13 resettlement sites in Magsaysay area. At least 1,000 houses are yet to be constructed for those displaced by the series of earthquakes, NHA Regional Office XI said.
