Everyone in social media thanked God when they learned that one-year-old baby Chiro Casakit survived after their motorbike was hit by a speeding Ford Rang truck along the highway of Purok 7, Barangay Southern, Panabo City afternoon of Maundy Thursday.
Chiro parents Ronalyn and Chito Casakit died due to severe head injuries.
Chino was unconscious in grassy area when concerned residents pick him and brought him to the hospital.

A certain Janice Relampagos brought the baby to the nearby Carmen District Hospital but was later transferred to Davao Regional Hospital and is now under observation.
Chiro’s Aunt Regine who looks after him at the hospital now told Newsline “Chiro is under observation, we are need everyone’s Prayer and support because the medicines for him is costing us P3,000 per vial.’
Regine said she wants justice to prevail because her nephew deserves to know why it happened to his parents.
Chiro’s parents now lie in state at Barangay Kasilak in Panabo City.
