DAVAO CITY — The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), in its 58th meeting held on July 23, 2020, approved the holding of the Physician Licensure Examination.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the examination, which is Part II of the testing activities for the March 2020 Physician Licensure Examination, is tentatively scheduled on September 20 and 21, 2020.

The conduct of the examination will be held under observance of the strict protocols set by the Department of Health.

The members of the IATF likewise approved the participation of the Philippines in the Gavi COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access (COVAX) facility, including the corresponding allocation of funds.
