School of fish washed ashore in Sarangani province

DAVAO CITY — Residents fete waking up with school of fish along their shores in Maasim, Sarangani Province at around 6:30 in the morning on Sunday, January 7..

Photographs captured by Cirilo Lagnason Jr. showed residents enjoyed collecting the different species and some even ran out of plastic bags for their collection.

He said, a large volume fish washed ashore and everyone went out to get their catch of Dilis and Tamban.

Everyone was happy as they cooked the food for their family and treated it as a blessing.
