Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. will conduct three power interruptions on November 12, Sunday, affecting customers in the northern part of Davao City. These power interruptions are necessary to conduct upgrading of lines.
The first power interruption will be for 1 hour from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. to conduct the transfer of loads to nearby substations.
Specifically affected are customers in Juliville Subd, HB1, Victor Executive Homes, Narra Park Residence, Alta Monte Subdivision, Brgy. Waan, and nearby areas.
Meanwhile, the normalization or return of loads to their normal set-up will be for 1 hour from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Also affected are customers from Brgy. Tigatto, Purok 8, Sitio Binuring, GKK Sto, Nino Chapel, from DECA Homes Esperanza, Tigatto, Marquella, Las Palmas Subdivision, Lapanday, and nearby areas. Customers in the whole Brgy. Mandug and Callawa areas will also be affected by this service disruption.
Lastly, the third power interruption will be for 9 hours from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to conduct isolation of affected lines.
Specifically affected are customers from Juliville Subd, HB1, Victor Executive Homes, Narra Park Residence, Alta Monte Subdivision, Brgy. Waan, and nearby areas.
Also affected are customers from Brgy. Tigatto, Purok 8, Sitio Binuring, GKK Sto, Nino Chapel, from DECA Homes Esperanza, Tigatto, Marquella, Las Palmas Subdivision, Lapanday, and nearby areas.
Customers in the whole Brgy. Mandug and Callawa areas will also be affected by this service disruption.
Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience brought about by these scheduled power interruptions. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
