Suspect arrested inside Fort Pilar with concealed knife

ZAMBOANGA CITY — The police apprehended 37-year-old Rodelyn Ramirez Rebollos, a resident of Barangay Bunguiao and an employee of ML Magnolia, for carrying a concealed bladed weapon inside Fort Pilar during the Fiesta Pilar celebration.

Rebollos was apprehended by authorities during a routine inspection at the main entrance of Fort Pilar on the evening of October 12, Fiesta Pilar. He was found in possession of a concealed knife. As a result, he is facing charges related to violating the Omnibus Election Code and illegal possession of bladed weapons, both of which are strictly enforced during the Fiesta Pilar.

The suspect is currently in the custody of the Central Police Office, pending proper disposition of the case.
