DAVAO CITY, Philippines– President Rodrigo Duterte dares exiled  Communist Party of the Philippines Chairman Jose Maria Sison to return to the country and fight here.

Duterte who visited the wake of the six policemen ambushed by the  New People’s Army in Guinhulngan, Negros Oriental Thursday night, challenged Sison to leave his comfortable life in  Utrecht, Netherlands and fight with his people here.

Duterte dared “If you are truly a revolutionary leader, my god, come home and fight here.”

The government of Netherlands, according to Duterte has been  been  for Sison for a comfortable life there  while his “people here, the NPA, die.”

“Inyong leader talawan. Duwag. May leader ba na higda-higda lang ito sa Utrecht? Anong klaseng leader yan? Umuwi ka dito, dito ka mag-istambay (Your leader is a coward. Is there a leader who just lies himself around in Utrecht? What kind of leader is that? go  home, stay here) and do not question my absence,” he added.

Sison has earlier urged  Duterte to see a psychiatrist and “look after his mental health” because “what he says against me is patently baseless and comes from obviously a sick mind.

Sison is Duterte’s professor while he was student of Lyceum College of the Philippines, the two used to be very good friends. .-EZC/Newsline.ph
