The Z3R Housing Project was designed to give decent homes to internally displaced persons (IDPs) during the 2013 Zamboanga siege. “Now, they are again victims of NHA’s ineptitude,” she added.

Climaco-Salazar has personally appealed to the Committee on Housing and Urban Development of the House of Representatives led by Cong.
