2-Milyon ka empleyado sa gobierno posibleng mawad-an og trabaho

DAKBAYAN SA DAVAO — Gibana-banang mawad-an og trabaho ang dos milyones ka  empleyado sa gobierno gikan sa 187 ka mga buhatan sa higayon nga togutan sa Kongreso nga balasahon ang nagkadaiyang buhatan ug walaon ang ahensya nga parehas ra og buluhaton.

Kini ang pahayag ni Department of Budget and Management Secretary Amenah Pangandaman kagahapon, matud niini makatipid ang gobierno og P14.8-Bilyon kung mahitabo nga pagamyan na ang mga ahensya sa gobierno, kay matud ni Pangandaman daghan ug mga opisina nga parehas lang og mandato ug oarehas ang trabaho.

“Ang overarching objective nito [rightsizing] ay magkaroon ng maliit na burukrasya na agile at responsive sa makabagong panahon. Aayusin po ng programang ito ‘yung mga ahensya na mayroong repetitive functions or overlapping functions,” matud ni Secretary Pangandaman sa iyang interview sa DZBB kagahapon.

Sa planong pagbalasa, 187 ka mga buhatan ang maaoektuhan ug singko porsyento (5%)  ang mawala sa kasamtangang kadaghanon sa sa mga ahensya og sa mga trabahante ug empleyado sa gobierno.

Gi-andam na karon, sumala ni Pangandaman,  ang usa ka balaudnon nga magtugot nga pagamyan ang mga buhatan labi na ang mga opisina sa halos pareho lang og mandate og trabaho.

Gikaro ni Pangandaman nga  ang unod sa balaudnon ilang ihatag kang Presidente Ferdinand Marcos Jr.  aron iyang Makita ang planong pagbalasa.

Kung mahuman na sa Presidente og isturyo ug iyang aprobahan, ipadala kini Marcos Jr. sa Kongreso una pa man mahitabo ang unangn State of the Nation Address sa Presidente  karong Hulyo 25.
